# xEXIT

> Your share of the game's liquidity. Lock it against an Office for a revenue boost and a share of the fees.

# xEXIT

xEXIT is your share of the game's `$EXIT` / NVDA liquidity. You get it by adding liquidity through the app, and you can lock it against an Office. Your liquidity stays in the pool the whole time.

## Locking

You can lock xEXIT against any Office, yours or someone else's, for one of three terms:

| Term    | Reward weight |
| ------- | ------------- |
| 7 days  | 1.00×         |
| 14 days | 1.30×         |
| 21 days | 1.70×         |

A lock can't be ended early. When the term is over, you unlock and get your xEXIT back along with the rewards the lock earned. Until you unlock, the lock keeps its weight and its boost, even after the term has ended.

## Boost

Locked xEXIT raises the revenue of the Office it is locked against, up to 2.5×. Higher-level Offices need more xEXIT for the same boost. See [Boost](/mechanics/boost).

## Fee share

15% of the game's swap fee goes to xEXIT stakers, paid in `$EXIT` and shared by amount locked × reward weight. The pool's 1% LP fee on the game's liquidity also goes to stakers, shared the same way. Its `$EXIT` side goes straight to them. Its NVDA side is first converted to `$EXIT` in the game's pool, in small steps, and that conversion pays the swap fee like any other trade. xEXIT that isn't locked earns neither.

<Warning>
  Locking and unlocking both settle the Office first. The boost only applies to time after you locked, and time you were boosted is still paid at the boosted rate after you unlock.
</Warning>

## Unlocking

After the term, unlocking returns your xEXIT and pays your rewards. If a reward payment ever can't be made, you can still leave with your xEXIT and give up the rewards.
